Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
Airport pick-up; transfer to Kampala.

Day 2: Drive to Kasese - Rwenzori Base
Transfer to Kasese; gear check and rentals as needed.

Day 3: Hiking Day 1 - Nyabitaba Hut
Start at Nyakalengija to Nyabitaba (2,652m) via Mobuku & Mahoma rivers.

Day 4: Hiking Day 2 - John Matte Hut
Bamboo zone to John Matte (3,414m); views of Stanley range.

Day 5: Hiking Day 3 - Bujuku Hut
Lower/upper Bigo bogs to Bujuku (3,962m).

Day 6: Hiking Day 4 - Kitandara Hut
Over Scott Elliot Pass (4,372m) to Kitandara (4,023m).

Day 7: Hiking Day 5 - Guy Yeoman Hut
Freshfield Pass descent to Guy Yeoman (3,261m).

Day 8: Hiking Day 6 - Nyabitaba Hut
Traverse valley back to Nyabitaba.

Day 9: Descend to Nyakalengija
Finish trek; transfer to hotel in Kasese.

Day 10: Return to Entebbe
Drive back to Entebbe; optional shopping stop.
